A 44-year-old patient from the UK presented with severe bleeding for over 3 weeks, unresponsive to medication, and a hemoglobin level of just 7 gm%. After stabilizing with blood transfusions, I successfully performed a Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy on 6th January. The procedure addressed a significantly enlarged uterus with multiple fibroids and uncontrolled bleeding.
